Before getting my license, I spent years in New Home Construction sales throughout the Iowa City to Cedar Rapids area. That background gives me a sharp eye for build quality, floor plans, and the real cost of "deferred maintenance" that catches new buyers off guard.

 

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Data Analysis at Liberty University, which sharpened how I read markets, comps, and the numbers behind every offer.

 

Community service has always been central to my life. Before real estate, I served as a first responder, and I still volunteer as a Firefighter / EMT with the Tiffin Fire Department. I'm also actively involved in my church. That same dedication shows up in how I work with clients: I'm here to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships, not chase a transaction.
